Huron Valley State Bank and Spring Mills Elementary Celebrate the "Bank At School Partnership

Huron Valley State Bank's "Casual for A Cause" program is an employee driven fundraiser for community donations. Employees can wear casual clothes, including jeans, on the last Friday of every month in exchange for making a donation in the denomination of their choice.

In 2013, over $1,200 was raised from this program. Giving back to various organizations, special memorial funds, and personal families in need, including: YMCA Strong Kids, Relay for Life, Community Sharing, Special Olympics, and more.

Huron Valley State Bank Sponsors Shredding Truck At YMCA Earth Friendly Family Fun Festival on April 27th from 12:00-4:00 pm

In conjunction with YMCA's Earth Friendly Family Fun Festival, Huron Valley State Bank is sponsoring the community shredding program on April 27, from 12:00-4:00 pm, at the Carl's Family YMCA at 300 Family Drive, Milford.

Following the end of tax season, employees of the bank will be on site to assist participants with shredding needs. Oakland County residents can bring up to six boxes (12 inch by 24 inch) or large kitchen sized garbage bags at no charge. Large metal clips and spiral bindings should be removed in advance.

Huron Valley State Bank Reports Strong Growth and Income Gains for Q1 2014

Huron Valley State Bank reported the above financials demonstrating continued strong growth and income gains for the 1st Quarter of 2014. Contributing to this is primarily loan and retail deposit growth. Loans had a 26% increase from the previous year, and 8.5% from the last quarter. Deposits had a 10% increase from the previous year. Asset quality remains favorable, and the bank is on target to reach its asset goal later this year.

Huron Valley State Bank Declares Initial Dividend

Milford, Mich., December 3, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Mark A. Murvay, Chairman of the Board of Huron Valley State Bank (OTCBB: HVLM), announced that the Board of Directors has declared an initial year-end dividend of five (5) cents per share. The dividend is payable December 14, 2012 to shareholders of record November 30, 2012. The Board, in declaring this dividend, has indicated that year-end dividends will be considered each year based on that years anticipated profitability.
