Part Time Operations Assistant

Location: 
Financial Center, Milford

Position Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Reconciling exception processing for non posted and non-sufficient funds
  • Facilitate mailings (printing, folding, stuffing) of customer communications
  • Data entry for incoming and outgoing wires
  • Data entry and verification for customer data
  • Verifying ACH originated files for accuracy
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Full and Part Time Customer Service Representatives

Location: Branch Location: Milford

Position Responsibilities:

  • Services customers by completing account transactions efficiently
  • Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, processing withdrawals, recording night, mail and courier deposits
  • Answers questions in person or on the telephone and provides solutions
  • Cross sells products and services by ascertaining customer’s needs
  • Opens accounts and safe deposit boxes
  • Reconciles a cash drawer daily, staying within security limits
  • Complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual control functions.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes as a collective and cohesive team member

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six months customer service experience in financial services, retail sales, or a goal-oriented environment preferred
