Huron Valley State Bank recently announced the appointment of Rob Smigielski as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of our Milford office. Smigielski is responsible for branch operations, business development, consumer lending, customer relations, and community outreach.

Employees at Huron Valley State Bank organized a cereal drive to benefit families in the community.  The last week of July, cereal boxes and monetary donations were collected from the employees and customers.  The monetary donations were used to purchase cereal.  As a result, 100 boxes of cereal were donated to Community Sharing on Wednesday, August 11^th. 

Employees at Huron Valley State Bank rallied to raise funds and awareness for the U CAN-CER VIVE Foundation. This foundation raises funds for cancer research to create a cancer-free world.  Employees wore jeans and a special shirt provided by LaFontaine on Friday, April 30th and made a personal donation to the foundation.  Total donations raised were $520.00.

Employees at Huron Valley State Bank hosted a pet food drive from March 26 until April 4^th.  A trunk full of pet food donations were collected, along with $117 in monetary donations.  All donations were given to Community Sharing Pet Pantry located in Highland, Michigan. 

Huron Valley State Bank recently announced the appointment of E. Lee Jones to Vice President / Commercial Lender.  In his position, he will be concentrating on developing and expanding commercial relationships in our market.
