Huron Valley State Bank Announces New ATM and Enhancements in Mobile Deposit

Huron Valley State Bank announces the arrival of its new and improved ATMs located at the Milford and Highland Branches. These machines provide customers with the opportunity to deposit cash and checks without the use of an envelope or deposit slip. In addition to the standard ATM functionality of withdrawing cash, checking balances and transferring between accounts, customers will be able to receive a confirmation of their deposits, including an image of the check printed on the receipt. As an added feature, the ATMs have a tilt option to accommodate vehicles of all sizes for optimal viewing of the screen. 

“The investment in these robust machines gives our customers the convenience of handling their banking in a true 24-7 banking environment.  The ATMs provide the opportunity to do the transaction when the drive-thru or lobby is not available,” said Jack Shubitowski, President and CEO. 

In addition, enhancements have been made to the Mobile Deposit function of Mobile Banking. Customers can now view check images within the Mobile Banking app via the iPhone® and Android™ smartphone or tablet.  Images captured at an ATM or from a mobile device can be viewed across all the bank’s technology platforms.

“Consumers are increasingly using their mobile devices to manage their daily lives including their banking,” said Martin Drews, Chief Innovation Officer. “We are committed to delivering solutions that give them enhanced functionality when it comes to managing their accounts.”

HVSB’s customers who bank online or with Mobile Banking are able to access their account balances, review recent transactions, obtain images of checks that have been cleared, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills from their checking account, view their eDocuments and/or eStatements and obtain a list of branches and ATM’s. The free app can be downloaded by searching “HVSB Mobile” in the iPhone® or Android™ store.  Users would then sign in using their Online Banking Identification or User ID, and the same password for Online Banking.  The Mobile Deposit feature on our FREE mobile app lets the customer snap a picture of a check and deposit it directly into their bank account.*
