Huron Valley State Bank Announces Mobile Deposit

Huron Valley State Bank announces new capabilities to its mobile banking application available for Smartphone and tablet users.  The Bank’s new Mobile Deposit feature allows customers to upload and deposit checks into their bank account.

"Huron Valley State Bank is pleased to be able to offer this service to our customers," said Jack Shubitowski, President and CEO. "The bank is continually looking for tools to meet the ever evolving needs of our technology driven marketplace.  This new feature is a direct response to our customers’ desire for flexibility in how they transact business with the bank.”

Mobile Deposit allows customers to take a photo of the check they wish to deposit with their Smartphone or tablet and securely make the transaction through the HVSB mobile banking application. Customers must be enrolled in online banking and mobile banking to apply for Mobile Deposit.

In addition to Mobile Deposit, HVSB's mobile banking services give customers accessibility to a variety of functions.  These include the ability to: access their account balances, review recent transactions, obtain images of checks that have cleared, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills from their checking account, view eDocuments and/or eStatements and obtain a list of branch locations and ATM's.
The free app can be downloaded by searching "HVSB Mobile" in the iPhone® or Android™ store. Users would then sign in using their Online Banking Identification or User ID, and the same password they use for Online Banking. Or they may download it at www.hvsb.com/mobile.
