It is Here!  New Online and Mobile Banking!

You talked.  We listened.  We are delighted to have a new and improved online and mobile banking experience.  

Here is what you need to know:

  • Your Username and Password are the same.
  • If you have forgotten your Password use the "Forgot Password" function.
  • If you cannot remember your Username please use your Net Teller ID (it is twelve digits starting 9619). If you do not know this, please call your branch.
  • You must download the new HVSB app to access Mobile Banking. (The old app no longer works).
  • Security questions are no longer needed. Two-Factor Authentication is now utilized for extra security.
